Gen Z is the Loneliest Generation So Far!

Did you see the latest Cigna study on loneliness in the US? It is epidemic in proportion. According to the UCLA Loneliness Scale, Millennials (ages 23-38) score 43.3% Not good at all. Gen Z (18-22) is even worse, a whopping 48.3%. On average? 44% of the US population would be considered “lonely”. Being this lonely is worse for your health than obesity, and equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day.
