Welcome to Good Enough Parent

We know that you want to help your clients and people. We want to make this evaluation as authentic as possible. But remember, this Dance is primarily for you. Sit back and enjoy.

A Few Details Left

We invite you to gather some bread and grape juice/wine for the last Dance Station. You will see why. It is not necessary, but we believe that it enhances the journey.

You will definitely need the two PDF downloads (See buttons below). Please download them now for your journey. Or if you prefer, professionally designed workbooks are available from the website that include both (link).

A Dance of Many Movements

Good Enough Parent is a unique Gospel-focused intensive. It is also a sophisticated tool that utilizes the latest neuroscience research.

So much of our subconscious is hardwired, cemented over years of habitualized reactionary behaviors. So we created Good Enough Parent to begin to create a new healthy Gospel-focused habits and awarenesses.

While we are gratified with the amazing average results that participants have reported after a single Dance, we recognize that multiple “movements” are required to begin to shape a new habit that can challenge the old ones. In the 30 day membership, participants are encouraged to do Good Enough Parent as many times as they can. We recommend a minimum of 4-5 times.

Of course, each time the participant completes a movement, he or she will get immediate feedback, based upon the four scientific metrics where changes are being noted–where the Holy Spirit is resurrecting, rewiring and making all things new–a little or a lot.

The program archives all of your movements, so you can see at a glance where changes are beginning to occur. Very helpful.

The program will automatically assign the first movement to you. So simple.

Be Mindful

The ideal experience, we believe, is for you to pick a 2 hour timeframe where you can truly focus on Good Enough Parent experience. In today’s busy world, this is a challenge. We understand. Technically, Good Enough Parent is set up so that you can log in and log out as many times as you would care to. You will need your email and password (an email was sent to you at registration with an assigned password). Just go to Good Enough Parent tab on the upper menu scroll down to the Station where you left off. So simple.

Having said that, we think that it is always better to do it all in a single sitting. We suggest that you plan ahead, find a space where you can be mindful–a quiet spot– set apart from others.

Take a deep breath. Remember the Gospel. God loves you as much as He ever will right now. Strictly because of what Jesus did for you 2000 years ago, God loves you as much as the Father loves the Son and the Son loves the Father. You cannot mess this up. This is true whether you eventually forgive or not. That is good news. Relax. You will hear more of this in Good Enough Parent, trust us.

Feel free to take your shoes off and relax. In a sense, this is Holy ground.

Remember to do both the Entrance and Exit Surveys. You will be so glad that you did.

Welcome to Good Enough Parent!

Make sure that you do both the Entrance and Exit surveys.

Why? Otherwise, you won’t get the immediate scientific results to see where the Holy Spirit has been moving based upon four important metrics. It shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes.

The Surveys are so simple. They are made up of 23 “Likert” statements. All you need to do is to determine if you “strongly disagree” with, “disagree” with, feel neutral about, “agree” with or “strongly agree” with each statement. This exercise is not about getting the right answer. Please don’t do the Jesus thing here and answer how you think He would. Be as honest as you can be. Don’t spend much time on any single statement. Don’t get bogged down. Your initial gut answer is probably perfect. Remember you will see the same statement again in the Exit Survey.

Once you complete the Entrance Survey, go immediately Good Enough Parent Station #1. The seven-stations take well under 2 hours depending upon your pace. No rush. Just be present and mindful.
